"Get You or Your Sales Staff Closing Every Deal All of The Time"

I am going to give you the foundations of sales and if you implement them you will be guaranteed success.
Some of us were born to sell - lots of people say this when talking about selling.
Well i disagree with the above statement.
I would re phrase it to "some are more open to learning how to sell than other people".
Selling and sales techniques is definitely something that we can all learn.
In fact the basics start with ourselves!
Our mind psychology needs to be re programmed in order to understand the sales processes.
Change your way or thinking and be open to learn and sales will flow your way.
When i train my clients staff or individuals in sales i always ask "what is the best ever paid job anyone can have and earn the most money that you want"?
the answer is a salesperson
A saleperson can ask or demand the wage and commission that they desire by being good at sales. If you are good at sales you can write your own cheques and sometimes write those 0's at the end.
Most business problems are sales based.
Can't get enough prospects, if they get prospects they need closing, sales staff who consistently achieve performance are hard to find.
My advice to you is follow the simple steps below and start or enhance your career in Sales.
If you are a business - everyone who has contact with a customer needs the basics of how to sell.
From customer service issues to clients calling to enquire make sure that your staff know what to ask and relate the customers needs and give them the benefits of what you are offering.
Without that you simply could be throwing your money down the drain.
The basics of sales could easily be shown to your staff within 2 hours!
Rapport
Establish a link with your customer or prospect that breaks the ice. dont just go straight to Business level use Personal skills - show an interest in your customer or client ask them questions to open up and relax.
Once this has been established then you can move to the business level.
Fact Find
This is what i call fact finding, become a detective to find out everything you need about the customer.
Ask open questions (Questions that the prospect or client needs to answer with communication rather than just a response).
Who? What? Where? When? and How?
Start your sentences with the above words and then apply the next best skill..... listening.
Listening
I was once told many, many moons ago that we have 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason!
Theres certainly truth in that.
We need to ask quality open questions to find information about the person that we are talking to and listen - be quiet and dont be afraid of the silence whilst you wait for a response.
Love Objections.
A strange one and one that takes time to learn.
A lot of sales people are a little apprehensive when coming up against objections. They see it as a barrier and a way for the customer to stop the sales process.
How True - if you let the customer take control then the sales process will be lost.
You need to Love objections and see them as questions that need answering prior to completing the sale.
In my courses i explain how we compare them to icebergs! and the best techniques to get around them.
As soon as you love and manage objections this is what sets up a sales person making a living and a sales person making a fortune.
