As with any job is it so fundamentally important to put 100% time and effort into making it a success.

I know as I have tried to run other business interests; chasing money from other angles whilst trying to earn working in sales.

It just doesn’t work.

The problem is that you need to focus on yourself first.   You need to make sure that you are taking the time for self development and study, listening and learning other new techniques and ways of performing your job to your best.

As well as this you owe it to yourself and the company that you have chosen to work with to perform at 100% with no distractions or get outs in the day.

It is better focussing 100% on one thing than 25% on 4 other things and trying to fit everything into your schedule.

This just builds frustration and negativity and this is one of the main reasons why some sales people go from job to job.

Be prepared to do what it takes to do the job to your best ability and reap the rewards.
